Pricing questions, answered.
How much does a small business website cost?
A Local Site is $400 a month on a 12-month term, then month to month, or $3,500 one-time. Both include the same custom design, up to five pages, copywriting, and basic SEO. The monthly plan also covers hosting, unlimited small edits, and updates for as long as you stay.
What is the difference between the monthly plan and the one-time price?
The site is identical. On the monthly plan you spread the cost over the year and hosting, small edits, and updates are included; after 12 months you can leave anytime, with a one-time $500 export fee if you want to take the site with you. With the one-time price you own the files outright from launch and can host with us from $150 a month or anywhere you like.
What counts as a larger project?
Anything past five pages or a standard contact form: 10+ pages or multiple locations, e-commerce, memberships, online booking and payments, integrations with your CRM or scheduling tools, or custom features like dashboards and client portals. Larger projects start at $7,500 and are scoped and quoted after a discovery call, so you get a written number before we build.
How much does SEO cost in Charleston?
Two priced plans: Local SEO at $400 a month and Growth SEO at $800 a month, each month to month after a 6-month minimum. Saturated markets such as medical, legal, multi-location, and competitive home services are quoted after a competitive gap analysis.
Why is there a 6-month minimum on SEO?
Because that is how long SEO takes to show. Local map pack gains often land sooner, but meaningful organic movement usually takes three to six months, and stopping at month two throws away the work already done. After six months you are month to month.
Can I add SEO to a website plan?
Yes, that is how most clients run it. A Local Site plus Local SEO is $800 a month all in; with Growth SEO it is $1,200 a month. SEO plans also work on a one-time site or a site we did not build.
Are there any other fees?
Additional pages on a Local Site are $100 each and a blog setup is $250. Domain registration is yours and stays in your name. Everything else is in the plan price, and you get the number in writing before work begins.
